Well-known in Dallas circles for his epic business acumen and talent for restaurant conceptualization, Yaser’s obsession for the hospitality industry began while a student at the University of Kentucky. His passionate & culinary infused temperament has allowed him to expand his conceptions into multiple locations throughout the Midwest & South Central regions of the nation.
Over the past 25 years, Yaser has perfected his ability to create successful projects that capitalize on emerging food trends with his industry knowledge enabling him to replicate success time and time again.
Founder of Yela Concepts, which develops and operates successful boutique restaurants throughout the US: including Baboush, Baboushi, Pickle & Rye, LA Gourmet Pizza, Medina Oven, Taco Sabe, Shawarma Bar, Souk, Shawarma Shack, Cleaver & Co and the newest concept Darna Euro Mediterranean Market.
